Abstract
The photo shows (on the right) Kings Mountain Mayor Glee A. Bridges and (on the left) Cleveland County Sheriff Haywood Allen dumping Moonshine down the sewer. From Kings Mountain founding in 1874 until 2009 it was a dry town. The image is almost a party scene as town residents watch the illegal booze going into the sewer. One person in the center is enjoying some before it is destroyed.
